Terms and ConditionsTerms of booking:Your reservation is made with Sunnyside Guest House, and represents a legally binding contract between you and the guest house.A non refundable deposit of one nights stay is required to secure your booking and we require a minimum of 48 hrs notice for a cancellation to any reservation to avoid a cancellation charge of the total value of the reservation made.If we have to cancel your booking we will endeavour to find you similar accommodation and pass your deposit on. Should we fail to find you suitable accommodation we will refund your deposit in full. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the guest house. Anyone found smoking, or if odours are found to be present in any guest room, a cleaning charge of one nights stay, at the current rate, will be charged so the room can be cleaned.Damages:You will be responsible for any damages or breakages that you cause either maliciously or accidentally to our property. Large Groups will be asked for an additional £100.00 breakages deposit to be paid on arrival and refunded when the rooms have been checked on or after check out. Lost Keys: Lost keys will incur a charge of £25 to replace the door locks and have keys cut.Pricing PolicyWe reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions and/or our prices without notice. You will be billed at the price quoted to you at the time of booking less any deposit received.
